Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since we received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To be able to be returned, you must contact us by email at email@example.com to tell you the procedure to follow. Your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or original payment method is automatically credited within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a little time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at email@example.com .
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the item being returned. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to them with the intention of giving it to you later, it is her that we will send the refund and she will therefore know that you have returned her gift.

Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable.
We will respond to you within 2 business days confirming the exchange and providing instructions on how to proceed. There is a 5% processing fee for handling trades. We do not provide return shipping labels, and you are responsible for shipping costs on items returned to us.
If you would like to return an item but do not wish to make an exchange, we will send you a store credit via email once we receive the returned item(s).
All returned items must be in resalable condition (unworn, unwashed) with tags attached and original packing slip/receipt.
All items purchased on sale are final sale.
You must also use a shipping service like Post Canada and provide us with the tracking number of the package as soon as it is shipped so that we can follow its progress and be informed of its delivery.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than $40, we recommend that you insure your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item and we will not be held responsible in the event of loss or disappearance of the package by the carrier.
